The partners meeting of Kreston Iberaudit unanimously approved, during its annual congress held in Alicante, the renewal of its Board of Directors and has re-elected Mercè Martí as Chairwoman and CEO of the audit and consulting firm with presence in Spain, Portugal and Andorra.
The Board of Directors is formed by Mercè Martí, partner of Catalonia, as Chairwoman and CEO; together with Arturo Díaz, partner of Asturias, and João Lopes da Silva, partner of Portugal, who renew their positions as Executive Vice Presidents.
Mercè Martí, Executive President, has assured that “the management team will continue working on the territorial and business expansion plan of Kreston Iberaudit, which had a turnover last year of 21 million euros”. Arturo Díaz, Executive Vice President, has pointed out that “the Board of Directors will focus its efforts on attracting and retaining talent, as a key element for the consolidation of the firm as a referent in the sector.” Finally, João Lopes da Silva, Executive Vice President, has emphasized the importance of “maintaining the company’s international connections throughout the world through our partners in the Kreston global network, present in 125 countries and currently ranked as the 12th largest accounting network in the world”.
