MERCÈ MARTÍ, RE-ELECTED AS KRESTON IBERAUDIT CHAIRWOMAN AND CEO

The partners meeting of Kreston Iberaudit unanimously approved the renewal of its Board of Directors and confirmed Mercè Martí as Chairwoman and CEO.

The Board of Directors is formed by Mercè Martí, partner of Barcelona, as Chairwoman and CEO; with Arturo Diaz, partner of Gijón, who renews his position as Executive Vice President. The Board is complemented by the incorporation of João Lopes da Silva, partner of Portugal, also as Executive Vice President. João Lopes da Silva succeeds Juan Luis Gomeza, partner of Bilbao, who received the homage and recognition of the partners on the occasion of his voluntary resignation to the position of Vice President.
