Kreston Iberaudit has integrated audit, consulting and tax firm “Membrive Consultores” strengthening its presence in Seville. Javier Membrive Toledo, founder of Membrive Consultores, joins existing Kreston Iberaudit Sevilla team as Audit Partner.
This move is line with the business expansion plan carried out by Kreston Iberaudit to increase its territorial presence. In the past year, the firm has obtained a turnover of 20.43 million euros and currently has 16 offices in Spain, Andorra and Portugal, with a presence in more than 100 countries through its international network Kreston.

Javier Membrive Toledo has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Malaga, he is an Accounts Auditor registered in the Official Register of Account Auditors (ROAC), Economist Mediator in Civil and Commercial matters, as well as a specialist in mediating functions in Economic and Business conflicts. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Accountants of Spain (Instituto de Censores Jurados de Cuentas de España – (ICJCE), the Register of Economists Auditors (REA), the Register of Economists and Tax Advisors (REAF), the Registry of Experts in Forensic Economics (REFOR) and of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (AEDAF).
Javier also has more than 30 years of experience in auditing, bankruptcy, tax and economic-financial advice and consulting. His professional experience extends to all areas of the public and private sectors and he has held the position of Managing Partner in numerous audit and financial organisations.
