Kreston Iberaudit has joined the EJE&CON Code of Good Practices for Talent Management and the Improvement of Company Competitiveness.
The Code has been prepared with a double objective: to facilitate Spanish organizations to adopt concrete measures that allow them to improve their competitiveness and results, highlighting the genderless talent and contribute to the promotion of measures that facilitate women’s access to positions of Senior Management, Management Committees and Boards of Directors.
This code is based on 4 fundamental principles, which Kreston Iberaudit assumes as his own: promote equal opportunities from the commitment of Senior Management, establish mechanisms to provide transparency to equal opportunities policies, favour the recognition of talent without gender and promote a culture that fosters a balanced relationship between the organization and the individual.
EJE&CON was founded with the mission of promoting the presence of women in senior management positions and in boards of directors. Its Good Corporate Governance Committee, formed by a group of professionals of Law, Corporate Responsibility, Strategy, Finance, University and Human Resources, has developed this project aimed at all organizations, regardless of their size and sector, so that they can adhere and join a new organizational model and Corporate Governance system.
